CXMXO UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hansaring 1, 50670 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter "PrivateJets.one")
PrivateJets.one operates an information and intermediary platform for private jet charter. PrivateJets.one acts exclusively as an intermediary (lead generator) and is neither a travel organiser within the meaning of § 651a BGB nor an air carrier nor a charter broker. Submitting an enquiry via this website does not constitute a contract between the user and PrivateJets.one. The charter contract is concluded exclusively and directly between the user and the respective charter broker or operator. PrivateJets.one does not accept payments for charter flights.
Users may submit a non-binding charter flight enquiry via the form on this website. PrivateJets.one forwards this enquiry to one or more suitable charter brokers, who will then contact the user directly with a binding offer. The user has no right to enquiry forwarding or to receiving an offer from any broker.
All prices shown on this website are non-binding estimates based on historical market data. They do not constitute a binding offer. The relevant price is exclusively the individual quote provided by the charter broker after checking current availability. Prices are inclusive of crew, fuel and landing fees unless stated otherwise; catering, additional services and any surcharges are shown separately in the individual quote.
PrivateJets.one accepts no liability for the performance, availability or safety standards of the charter broker or operating air carrier. PrivateJets.one does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information presented on this website. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties), personal injury, or claims under the Product Liability Act.
By submitting an enquiry, the user agrees that the data entered in the form (name, contact details, flight data) will be forwarded to a partner broker for the purpose of obtaining a charter quote. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Users must provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry. Once a charter broker issues a binding offer, complete passenger data (full name, date of birth, passport/ID number and a scan of the travel document) must be provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Any costs arising from boarding refusal due to missing or incorrect documents are borne by the passenger. Use of this website for automated enquiries, scraping or other abusive purposes is prohibited.
Cancellation terms are governed by the charter broker's binding offer. The following sliding scale represents industry standard guidelines; the actual terms in the individual charter agreement are binding:
| Time before departure | Cancellation fee (indicative) |
|---|---|
| More than 30 days | approx. 25% of charter price |
| 15–30 days | approx. 50% of charter price |
| Less than 15 days | up to 100% of charter price |
Estimated prices are based on current jet fuel (Jet-A1) prices at the time of calculation. The charter broker is entitled to adjust a submitted quote if kerosene prices change by more than 5% between the quote date and the flight date. The base price excludes catering, on-board Wi-Fi, de-icing fees, VIP ground services and additional services, which are listed separately in the individual quote.
The charter broker reserves the right to substitute the quoted aircraft type for operational reasons, provided the replacement is of equivalent or superior specification. Any price difference in the customer's favour will be refunded; substitution with a lower-specification aircraft requires the customer's explicit consent.
Carriage of dangerous goods as defined by IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) is strictly prohibited. This includes in particular: explosives, pressurised gas cylinders, flammable liquids and solids, firearms and ammunition (without official special permit), toxic, infectious and radioactive substances, and corrosive materials. Compliance with national and international aviation regulations is the passenger's responsibility.
Selection of the operator, compliance with all applicable safety regulations, and possession of a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) are the exclusive responsibility of the executing charter broker. PrivateJets.one recommends using only brokers who engage operators not listed on the EU Air Safety List (Annex B of EU Regulation 474/2006).
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction for all disputes with merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law is Cologne, Germany. For consumer disputes, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
PrivateJets.one reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is available on this website. Continued use of the website after publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
