2. General information

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law.

3. Data collected and legal basis

3.1 Charter enquiry form

When using our enquiry form, we collect: name, phone number, optional email address, and flight data (departure, destination, date, passenger count, jet class preference). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by actively submitting the form).

3.2 Server log files

The hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files: browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of server request, anonymised IP address. This data is not combined with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical provision of the service).

3.3 Cookies and local storage

This website uses technically necessary cookies and browser local storage (localStorage) to manage consents (cookie banner). No tracking cookies are set without prior consent.

3.4 Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses technologies that enable recognition of users for the purpose of analysing user behaviour. IP addresses are anonymised before transmission. Google Analytics is only loaded after your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your cookie settings or installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Data sharing

Your enquiry data is forwarded exclusively to the relevant charter broker who prepares your quote. An data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR exists with the broker. No further transfer to third parties takes place unless legally required. Data transfers to third countries occur only in connection with Google Analytics as described above.

5. Retention periods

Enquiry data is deleted after 90 days if no charter contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply (up to 10 years). Server log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
